We can't get over the clever faux wallpaper in Story's sweet room. Samantha describes: As renters, our biggest challenge in decorating Story's room was not painting or altering the room in any permanent way.

The walls were already painted shades of tan, so I decided to space out some removable bunny decals (from Blik) on one wall, hoping for a wallpaper effect. I think it turned out great!

The rest of the room is white and green with a few neon pink accents. (The hot pink sheet is from Target and the pink lamp is from Urban Outfitters.
The grass-looking rug is from CB2, and the wooden tree stump table is from West Elm.)
And we couldn't resist some Ikea... I used two Expedit shelves for her closet, since the existing closet is filled with my own clothes! And her Hemnes dresser has drawer pulls from Anthropologie.
Thanks Samantha!

Darling room!
I love this room! Love the idea of using decals to make wallpaper! Love the bunnies on the wall too. Lovelovelove!
Very sweet indeed
So cute! Where'd the pouf come from?
I have to add this, with lots of love: maybe consider turning off the flash and using a secondary light source next time. So many pretty rooms would look even better without the flash! :)
The pouf is from Tazi Designs. (And thanks for the flash tip! We have black paper shades under the blinds, so it is very dark in her room and I wasn't sure how to get a good picture!)
So clever with the hanging rods in the Expedit! Love it.
The wall rabbits are too adorable!
I love your chair! Is it a glider or stationary? Where is it from?
Love how you used the Expedit as a closet - never seen that done before. And the wall treatment is DARLING.
The chair is a Peyton glider from Best Home Furnishings - their Storytime Series. I think you can only buy their chairs from a dealer (not online), but you can see their styles and find a local dealer on their website. There were a LOT of fabric choices to pick from when we ordered ours from a store in CA. Also, it was a bit of a splurge - just over $400 I think - but it is so comfortable. I think it is definitely worth it, as I have spent many hours in that chair! Also, it is a year later and it still looks brand new. Highly recommend.

Cute, cute, cute! Baby and room!
I want a tree trunk table like that for my son's room. Please tell me you found an inexpensive source for one!!
I searched and searched for an inexpensive tree stump table, but couldn't find one. If I knew how to use a chainsaw, I would have made one myself! haha. Anyway, got mine off the West Elm website. It is nice and smooth and seems too heavy for the baby to knock over...so far.
