If there was ever a good time to suspend reality, All Hallow's Eve is it. Give gravity the night off and pair your Dali-inspired Lobster Fascinator with sky-high nails dotted with cotton ball clouds, a design created just for us by NYC-based nail expert Mei Kawajiri. Sure, you may not be able to do much while wearing these mini sculptures, but they'll undoubtedly win you the dreamiest costume award.

What You'll Need:

  • Sky blue nail polish
  • Cotton balls
  • Clear top coat

Optional: If you don't want to work on your natural nails, you can also create these designs on fake acrylic nails, such as the Patricia Inspire Pre-Glued Nail Set, $7.50, from Ricky's.

2. Using tweezers, separate a small section of cotton ball. Apply some top coat to the nail where you'd like the cloud to go, then press on the cotton. Show off your wearable works of art, but just don't. touch. anything.
