I love the look of nailheads, but only when it's done well. They are difficult to space evenly and it's challenging to line them up correctly. If they're uneven, it just looks like a shoddy job.
I love nailhead trim too - My next sofa is going to have to have some...
And that nailhead trim on the cabinetry is marvelous - What a great way to add architectural detail to plain cabinets!
I'm thinking this may be a worthy idea for my kitchen redo this spring...
