Reading a good book in the tub (and maybe enjoying a glass of wine) is one of my favorite things to do at the end of a long day. So, given the opportunity to create my dream bathroom, I had to resist the temptation to go a little wild. Instead, I kept the fixtures clean-lined, for a more modern look, and added in some warmth with rustic accessories. The pebble tile floor is the finishing touch — cool and comforting underfoot, like the rocky bed of a Texas river. Ahh.

The mirror, towels and rug are a perfect combination. I like the floor, too. But the sink would be a pain to keep clean and I need countertop too much to go that way. The tub is kind of cool but pragmatically, that style seems difficult to get in and out of. And I hate the stool! (At least for a bathroom.) So I'm about half on board! ;^)
i need countertop too, but I LOVE the pattern in the linens and rug!! also with the mirror and floor. This is my favourite dream anything so far :)
No to matching towels and rugs.
The tub would be very difficult to get in and out of as one grew older or if one had a disability (even a temporary one: think sprained ankle). And the only way to bathe a child or dog would be to climb in. And it would take HUGE amounts of water to fill it.
I love this!
I love this overall, would be interested in figuring out how to make that mirror. But mostly have a question- has anyone here had that kind of river rock floor in a bathroom? What did you think of it? I love the look of it and we're trying to keep our cabin focused around locally-sourced products, so river rock would be awesome.
OMG I love that sink! So awesome.
Great tub!!
