Baseball's back! I only know this because I have a few baseball lovers in my life who keep me updated, but I am more than eager to celebrate the return of such a beautiful game. I hereby present my favorite baseball-based works of art, just in time for spring training. I'm pretty sure...

• I know I've seen Major League, but I don't remember any of it. Perhaps that's because it was, according to Rotten Tomatoes, "predictable and formulaic, but buoyed by the script's light, silly humor"? This poster by Entropy Trading Co makes it look like it was awesome.
• The Diamond Dictionary of Hitting by Reiss Design is chock full of hilarious words ("bloop", "tater") sure to impress your baseball-savvy friends...
• Adam Juresko's Field of Dreams print makes me think I would love that movie. But it's really sad, right?
• The next two prints are The Flip and The Catch, both by Just A Bit Outside. Man, I do love an infographic.
• I love the approach of this No True Lover print by Huntington BBC: you refrain from throwing bottles not because you'll get fined, or kicked out, but because you love baseball and its players. That philosophy could apply to almost anything in life.
• I searched high and low for a piece of art that did justice to one of the greatest baseball movies ever, but this Bull Durham photo by Big Tex Photos was the best I could come up with. Don't get me wrong, Big Tex, it is a very nice photo- I'm just surprised there aren't more works inspired by the movie.
• I can't say I really understand this Baseball and Tennis screenprint by Gold Teeth Brooklyn, but I always love their stuff. Maybe it's perfect if one half of a couple (or one kid) plays tennis, and the other plays baseball?
