New York’s first American Lung Association Health House is in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. It's the Natural Home Show House, which is being built in a 1920's Brooklyn brownstone.

The building, damaged in a fire, was originally slated for demolition. Then Natural Home, a magazine dedicated to green living, saved it for the purpose of transforming it into their first-ever show house.

Construction is underway now at the Nevins Street building. When complete, the two green apartments housed in the building will be the epitome of green products and technical applications.

It looks like green comes at a cost, as the asking price for each of these three-bedroom residences will be around $2M.
