All of us think of our homes as a safe haven, a place we return to everyday to relax, be with loved ones, share a meal, sleep. With little ones afoot, it can be more challenging to find a quiet spot just for yourself. The answer might be among the things your child already has.
Rashmie of Mommy Labs created what she calls a spiritual garden for herself and for her daughter to enjoy. To create her spiritual garden, she gathered rocks, pinecones, and other bits of nature she had collected over time - very much like a nature table. Place a cushion nearby and add some candles (optional, of course) and you've got a quiet place to meditate. For more details and photos of Rashmie's spiritual garden, check out Mommy Labs.

It's cute. I need to start an atheist garden for my son, filled with robots.
This is a sweet idea. A nice private place to go to pray or meditate.
