We all want our home to stand out — and some of us want to wow our guests at every dinner party. Whether it's a whimsical touch or impeccable design, everyone wants their personal space to stand apart from a world of repeated decor and mundane accessories.

You may be tired of chalkboard walls and retro furniture by now, but this home will stop anyone dead in their tracks. This house is home fpr 6 Finnish children. A situation that obviously provides an endless amount of clean-up time. Design duo Road Trip in Finland showcase this home in their latest feature.
The pair of neon with black elements makes a huge impact on anyone's eye. The abundant light is necessary in any situation with such a high contrast. Perhaps this family's unique situation explains such a bold design choice. It seems to me that not everyone could pull off neon elements in their home. Could you pull it off?

Love it!
cute for a child's room - i never tire of retro furniture!
we did our apt in brights - love it. So tired of gray, greige, beige. Never again!
it comes down to preference - I,
will NEVER,
like/use neon.
Saw a wicked french-style desk on craigslist this weekend.
Had one little Cruella deVille feature to it.
Imagined it painted glossy neon pink. Oh!
Called the seller. It was sold. Heartbreak.
Am smitten with the idea now. Cannot ease my restless soul.
One small piece of neon yes; the set up I see in the photos is too much. Imagine being tired and trying to relax with all that crazy colour...
I like it with enough white and black to balance it.
that house is GORGEOUS! love everything about it! (except perhaps all the children it comes with)
While I don't think I'd enjoy a neon-walled house, I do enjoy brightly colored accessories-- just not neon.
For me- neon isn't my thing. At all. But for their tastes I think they pulled it off well.
LOVE IT! but then, i'd love to live in peewee's playhouse, too.
I'm thinking of an electric blue or pink vase in a kitchen, but I don't think I could go with as much as in the photos. Kudos to them for a daring design, though!
I LOVE it. My dining stools are orange and green neon, and I'm trying to incorporate more neon into my apartment. I say go bold or go (out of my) home!
