Lots of ideas can be found in the small space that is Nest Interiors. Among the both decorative and functional ceramic and glassware, Nest stocks a wide selection of throw pillows, artwork, clean-lined furniture and unique lighting.

I find the store is an ideal stop for housewarming and wedding gifts. I'm also impressed as the majority of the merchandise is new to me—especially the lamps and lighting. This is no small feat in New York where many smaller stores stock the same wares. Nest's look is mature and classically-modern...

Some of my favorite items include the Mexican resin bowls (above, nestled at the far end of the table)in a brilliant deep amber color.

There are quite a variety of price-points here. Many things are a deal (pillows, especially) and some items have a little sticker-shock. It is definitely worth exploring! —aaron
