Netherlands Plans to Build Floating Parks from Plastic Litter

In the Netherlands, a new project plans to use a plastic fisher set up in a harbor to trap wrappers, bottles, and other junk as it floats by, before the litter is lost in the North Sea. The captured trash will be recycled into plastic blocks that can create floating parks and wildlife habitats.
