I'm thinking of changing up my bedding for the warmer months. Is a coverlet good for warmer weather? I have never had one, but I love the look of the one in the first picture.

R_Claw - i think a lightweight quilt/coverlet is the perfect spring and summer bed cover - I recently purchased one from Unison.

I agree with Aaron, coverlets are perfect for warmer weather. I still need something weightier than a sheet even when it starts to warm up. #2 is calling my name!

The outer shell is cotton, but the filling is Fill Material: 95 % Cotton, 5 % Polyester, and it can make things a little sweaty.

i have been searching and searching for something mostly red and white, like this:

but oh my word, $280 is too much for me to spend. i need something pretty graphic, not too flowery. i realize this is probably more of an orange than a red, but i just love the design. any suggestions? fingers crossed for new ikea bedding.....

I love that blue wall! and a coverlet is perfect for warmer months - make sure it is all cotton though or you will be hot.

I spotted what must have been an earlier set of sheets from Dwell Studio for Target at my local Target awhile ago. Nice looks, but you can tell how they hit their price point: Somewhat scratchier and lower-count than their luxe versions. Not a bad thing, but something to be aware of if you're sheet-shoppin'.

These are really fun and fresh looking.

I just received a set of Dwell sheets and I can tell you the hand and feel on them is extremely beautiful and finished nicely.

I am sure the Dwell Studio for Target sheets cannot compare with the sheets from Dwell but you could go with these coverlets and shams and get the actual sheets from Dwell.

I do like the coverlet in the first picture, might even be a nice option to cover a sofa until I get around to reupholstering it.

hla21- not red and white but did you see the duvet sets on sale on Dwells website, marked down quit a bit.

I love the first two! I don't need them, but I'm tempted for our guest bedroom.

I saw those yellow rose pillows in a magazine just yesterday! I think I NEED them...I've been looking for something just like that for our bedroom!

You poor soul. Target is such a great store. I worked there for a year (guess where lots of my money went?).

the pillows are available on target's website, so if you don't have a target nearby, it's easy enough to order them online.

wow much better than their recent offerings. I wish they had different colorways in those prints.

individual stores don't choose the stock. corporate does. they shelve whatever comes off the truck every day.

I have been to several Target stores in the Spring/Woodlands, TX area looking for the pillow with yellow roses as shown above. This was featured on a magazine in January. I am unable to find the pillow at the Target stores. Do you have a location or source that I can purchase this pillow? Yellow roses are perfect for Texas!!
