Shown above: From the new Martha collection — A view of shiny metal on a roll arm sofa with nail head finish. Traditional. Also nice.

Martha Stewart introducing her new Fine Furniture line.

Martha's Mid-C Modern collection was not your typical Martha.

An ikat chair from the new collection.

Chandler Tall Chest.

Love this! Martha pulled Jason in for an interview and they looked lovely together. :-).

Who thought it was a good idea to use a tilt-shift filter on the photo of Martha?
Why is Martha wearing a oversized denim shirt? So confused.
Christ. Enough with the lame photography filters people.
it's the backlash of instagram, folks.
The website for Martha didn't work! I want that first couch.
Weird choice of filters. Martha is feeling self conscious about her weight gain in recent years and has taken to odd choices on tenting fabric on her body to hide it. She really would do better with some shapewear and DVF wrap dresses, or some things with more structure. I basically love anything that Martha puts her name and stamp of approval on. From housewares and accessories at Macy's to stuff at KMart, it's all good for the price point. She has excellent taste in housewares and I'm a big fan. Haven't gotten to see her more recent high-end ventures, but I look forward to it. Hope I can afford them!
I am sorry but that horrible tent-slash-shirt dress immediately caught my eyes as well.
What was Martha thinking?
Really, would Martha Stewart make anything other than fine furniture?
Martha had a furniture line through Bernhardt years agoa nd I was lucky enough to score a fabulous china cabinet-black with antiqued mirror on doors and in the cabinet back. It's a huge piece, the biggest thing I own except for my bed and it's fantastic.
My first thought was that Martha forgot the rest of her wardrobe, specifically her pants.
I'm a fan of many of Martha's designs, but they're all made in developing countries, and I don't buy stuff--especially furniture--made across the planet.
Better that they never develop?
