Although there has been much buzz about DwellStudio's soon-to-be-released furniture collection and we're already fans of their small furniture collection for the nursery, it's their patterns that keep us coming back year after year.
Shown above are three new patterns they unveiled at ABC Kids. I expect Woodland Tumble to break out from the pack not just for the popular woodland motif, but for the modern mocha/sage color combination. I was pleased to see that the pattern gives bears, beavers and even the forest mouse their moment in the sun.
Rosette Blossom, shown above in bedding and a round rug, has a subtle Dutch retro-vibe while remaining fairly feminine. I thought the brown anchored the pinks and yellow enough to appeal to parents perched on the pink or no-pink fence.
In the kids bedding category, they're introducing a throwback to the 70s - Unicorns. But, of course, it's a more sophisticated, modern take - not a rainbow in sight.
A fourth new pattern which I forgot to photograph, Vintage Blossom, is a more elegant, Chinoiserie rendition of their current Sparrow pattern, rendered in pink.
These new patterns will be available in late December/early January along with some new knit blanket patterns (a red fox blanket!) in November that were in their printed material but that I didn't see at the show.

Oooh is there any way to see a picture of the fox blanket?! Sounds gorgeous.
Oh man! I'm totally in love with the woodland tumble set! That fox blanket sounds promising too!
It looks a little like camo to me.
I think i almost died of love overdose OMG beyond excited!
Love the horsey pattern!!
Swoon. I got the Dwell Motif when my first daughter was born and it is still going strong for daughter #2. So, so pretty.
