Yesterday, Dwell announced the introduction of new prefab houses to their Dwell Homes Collection. According to the Dwell, they are dedicated to "bringing the best of modern pre-fab to life and supporting the architects that make that happen". We've got our hands on some renderings of the new homes which look interesting...

The homes are a collaboration between Dwell, architect Joel Turkel, Marmol Radziner Prefab and Lindal Cedar. The new homes feature natural materials, are designed for sustainability and will be available in 6 standardized configurations which can be customized by the homeowners. They will be built in a factory and delivered complete to the site - all of which creates cost savings and efficiency.

The homes debut this weekend at Dwell on Design.
