Every year I get a tingle in my design loins as we anticipate the next coveted Vipp color. Last year it was Yellow Cab, and this year brings us a bold, bright and happy shade of turquoise named Mermaid Blues.
As Vipp puts it, "Mermaid Blues takes you on a fantastic voyage in colours inspired by the home of The Little Mermaid − the sparkling blue sea."
If you can't live without this blue then save your pennies and act fast. While quality Vipp products are always available, the limited colors are just that — limited. Once 2010 goes Mermaid Blues will drift out to sea.

If only Vipp would create an aesthetically pleasing plunger (akin to the toilet brush) my dinky little bathroom would be complete.

On a related note, anything involving the word "mermaid" is just fine by me.
interestingly the bathroom in my new place is already sporting a splash or two of this shade. Perhaps a little wastecan is just the thing to put the finishing touches!
