Senate Bill 362. This is the bill that makes it illegal for employers to require their employees to have RFID chips implanted in their skin. It is disturbing to think that this is a real issue that needed to be addressed, but sadly it seems that it is. If caught, employers face an initial fine of $10,000 and $1,000 for every day after that should the RFID chip remains implanted. Anyone ever see the movie Gattaca?
