We check in regularly with the Greenpeace Guide to Greener Electronics. Usually it's Apple getting criticized for their less than stellar performance, but we were surprised to see that Nintendo now holds the ranking of being the least green electronics company.

In Greenpeace's latest assessment Nintendo comes in dead last, scoring a miserable 0.3 score out of 10. They scored in the red in every single category, except for their management of chemicals which earned the ranking of "partially bad."

Something to keep in mind if you're still considering buying a Wii. But do you think consumers will stop buying simply because of a poor environmental track record?
