Someone sent Racked the above photo evidence of the West Elm moving into the 15CPW building near Columbus Circle. There was a previous rumor of West Elm making a third Manhattan home in the West 90's, but it looks like they're settling a few blocks south.

Yay, uptown West Elm! So much easier to drag home sale finds from just across the park...
Speaking of decor chains...the Anthropologie store in Rockefeller center has the Astrid chair on sale for $519. Might be able to get another 25% off of that given the upholstery sale...
Was just there an hour or so ago so it's probably still avialable.
West Elm, please come to Madison, WI. Please???
we just got a west elm at easton towne centre in columbus, ohio. it is a fantastic store. everything is on sale in the store. i am getting a parsons table in white.
Right above the Best Buy? Wow! That's a fancy-schmancy new building. It's funny that they would have West Elm in there, which is pretty, but in the scheme of things, on the less expensive side in a building like that. That's quite strange.
It's funny how THE premiere residential building in the entire city (and arguably the entire western hemisphere) is hosting nothing but discount national retailers at their lobby level. It's enough to make a hedge fund manager cry.
YYYYEEE-HAW!!!!
who cares about the Hedge Fund guys - they don't have to even walk out of their apartments on the broadway side! I was surprised tho' with the Best Buy. Can't wait to see what the other unrented space brings to the hood.
And I think hedge fund managers who cry are HOT.
