My casita is rented and I live in a town with absolutely nothing retro or cool to buy. I was drowning in a sea of cream walls …
I had the armoire made as there are no closets in the house. A white armoire against a cream color wall didn't stand out so I wallpapered the armoire.
DECORATING 101
1 metre black contact paper - 4 pesos
1 metre white contact paper - 4 pesos
2 metres flourscent pink contact paper - 19 pesos
Earth shaking screech from your landlord when she discovers you have turned her cream colored cabinets into day glo pink.........ah....PRICELESS!!!
Thanks, Nina!

I love it! The Mondrian armoire is outstanding. Great pink too.
I'm confused with the title of this post and its actual content. But cool hot pink cabinet doors!
You have to love the hot pink doors, great that you had the guts to do it. It looks like you have a great outdoor space too. Thanks for sharing.
I'm odd person out as usual. I HATE the pink. I do like the rest of your space.
The outdoor space is wonderful. Doesn't look like it goes with the house/apartment.
I love the pink. Way to make a little go a loooong way. Hell, I'm jealous. Love the little atrium with the plants.
So cool!!!! Keep up the creativity!
Clever little idea, although I don't much like pink generally, it makes those cupboards look vibrant and cheerful. I'm thinking that the contact paper can be removed when moving on.
LOL at the landlady's priceless shriek, I'm guessing the title 101, and the little accounting section are references to a mastercard advert?

@dmK Yes the priceless comment does refer to the mastercard advertisement. Yes the contact paper can be removed quickly when I move out.
