Nomade Express Slee...
Sweet but certainly won't hold the majority of items women tend to have in a vanity. I keep all my scents and lotions on the top portion of my vanity. It's has a full size mirror and 5 drawers. All the drawers are filled with jewlery. (I make my own). :oD So these sweet ones you posted won't work for me.
I agree with Lyonstill. They are very attractive but they don't work. I, too, have a vanity with a full mirror, and seven drawers, I still have things on top because there are lots of bottles that don't fit even quite deep drawers but leak when put on their sides. They simply wouldn't fit in the vanities that are shown.
However, they are gorgeous and I wish they would work for me. Perhaps it depends on what other storage you have, and where.
The redeeming quality of these really nice vanities (which would not suffice for most of our products) is that the mirror can be hidden in a snap! Too many mirrors--even in the bedroom area (master, bath, walk-in closet)--are creepy. Bad feng shui. Not restful. When I travel I cover mirrored closet doors with sheets to avoid the confusion of images.
Thanks - these are pretty much exactly what I'm looking for - we're moving into a new house this summer and I was hoping for a vanity in the bedroom since our bathroom is going to smaller than what we have now (less storage for makeup and hair stuff).
The Lucie Mini Vanity is designed for a three-year old. Literally.
I keep thinking these would make cool laptop desks, except that they are overpriced for that purpose :)
I had something like this years ago, and it was really handy. I think that the style of the piece (white laminate) is why I got rid of it, not that I didn't find it conenient. Now, however, I have a base of an old singer sewing machine (painted black) with a glass top. Everything shows, but hey, it's better than trying to fit it into our 1 tiny bathroom.
