So you're a technologically astute, self-proclaimed 'aesthetite,' huh? You spend all your time and effort making sure that everything in your tech world coordinates. You have a go-to color for all your gadgets and skins, you use the best-looking screensavers and you set your computer desktop to match your decor. But you're still stuck staring at that space-y image—totally not your style—every time you start up your Mac, right? Right? Not anymore...

Lifehacker let us know about a nifty little download called Loginox that lets you reset your Mac OS X computer's default login image to better suit your style.

It's not the first program to let you do this, but it's probably the easiest. All you've got to tackle is dragging your preferred 2560x1600 image (yes, there's a mandatory standard size) into the window and entering your computer password for verification.

Download it here.
