The Puti Tree No. 2
Have you ever checked out the artwork at L'Affiche Moderne? It's a French site featuring a wonderful selection of prints by photographers, graphic designers and illustrators. On a recent visit we found ourselves most drawn to the works of Nod Young...

The Puti Tree No. 1
His latest series, entitled The Puti Tree, is based on the text of two poems from the Zen Buddhist tome The Platform Sutra of the Sixth Patriarch, which teaches "not to believe all that which exists, not even the reflection of ourselves in a mirror". Prices on L'Affiche Moderne are in Euros (with Young's prints from 29 to 59 Euros), but luckily they do ship internationally.

I LOVE these prints, but why aren't they being distributed here in the US? Collecting art is getting expensive.
holy crap, the graphics are actually the japanese characters. can has!
I want that!
Actually, it's either in Chinese or kanji.
Very beautiful. These are actually Chinese characters. This poem was written by the Sixth Patriarch in China about 1300 years ago and is my all-time favorite. Love this!!
