Color Inspiration: I knew I wanted bright colors for Norah's nursery. I love Robin's Egg blue, so I knew the walls had to be blue. Once I decided to paint the crib yellow, there was no turning back. I also found some great pillows from Pier One that gave me a lot of colors to work with.
Tip for Using Color: My favorite tip for using color is to find a fabric swatch, whether it be actual fabric, a pillow, curtains, whatever. Find a great piece of fabric with great colors, that way you can see them all together and know whether or not you like them together.
Colors Used: Robin's Egg Blue (aqua blue), Yellow, Red, Pink, Greens

This room is beautiful and so tastefully done! I love the round fabric boards that are hanging above the crib. Where can I find them and what are they called? I have seen them in lots of baby rooms lately and I love them! Also who makes your paint color? This room has inspired me - wonderful job.
Aqua and yellow seems to be a theme throughout the contest. But this one is really lovely.

and the fabric boards are embroidery hoops with fabric swatches inside.

I remember this one because it made me squeel. This is my absolute favorite nursery ever - I bought a Pier One round chair a couple years back just to get the cushion in that amazing pattern, and have been keeping it safe and covered ever since for use in a nursery some day :)

This room has become the inspiration for daughter-to-be's nursery in progress! Other than the cushions at pier one, where did you buy the rest of the fabric? Did you make the bedding? What brand of paint is the robin egg blue and is that what it is really called? I love it!!
