We had a lot on our plates this week — literally! As one of the most frequently used — or conspicuously unused — rooms in our home, kitchen week can be one of the most difficult steps of the Cure. But the work week is over, and we face the weekend with fresh resolve to clear out our shelves and scour our surfaces until we have a place that practically calls out to us for making yummy meals.
How's it going? We were inspired by this post by fjorlief: "I bought flowers and realised that I needed to clear away a place to put them! Cleared away a spot on the dining table, and then took a photo...I rearranged my living room a bit, to create a sitting area. It worked, when friends came by, we actually sat down in the living room to talk. I'm still feeling rather overwhelmed with all that needs done, but am also finding that taking photos is a really useful tool, one I'd never thought to use." That's what the Cure is all about!
