With all the new modern online stores, how do you differentiate yourself? If your Nova 68 you do it with a hep name, a small, well picked stock and by skipping the cheap stuff.
Nova 68 sells modern furniture and accessories designed by the "greats" of last century as well as some of the new lights of this one. They don't deal with beds and bedrooms, and they don't deal with a lot of the stuff others sell, such as Blu Dot storage or Philip Starck plastic radios.
Nova 68 has beautiful Prouve chairs ($580), Nelson table clocks ($325), a Gehry dining table ($4,440), Wolfgang Sirch wooden toys ($175). They look to Europe for inspiration and they claim to keep their prices as low as anyone possibly can.
Readers say that Nova 68's prices are high, the design is HOT and the service can be weak. Shipping is FREE, however, and they say they now will match any lower prices from other shops.

Forgive me for being cranky but it is Monday after all...Same old, same old.
I purchased a Santa and Cole Tripode floor lamp from Nova68 in may. While the review states that the prices are high, the lamp was priced about $150 less than I could find elsewhere so I decided to give them a shot. "Customer Service" was very slow to answer emails and delivery took a little over 30 days but the lamp did arrive in perfect condition and as ordered. While it was a bit frustrating not knowing when or if the lamp was on its way, I ultimately consoled myself with the money I had saved. All in all, I would recommend them if you are looking to save some money, are not in a particular hurry, and are willing to forgo the rapid response customer service of a more established store.
Based on the previous good feedback, I decided to give nova68.com a try as well. I purchased the Joe Colombo Boby Trolley in white. The price was reasonable and as previously quoted, I received free shipping and was not charged any additional sales tax. Customer service in my case was fast. I received an order confirmation within five minutes after placing an order and had a good contact with a customer representative, Lucia, who informed me that the item was in stock and would ship out within 2 days. This was a good estimate since I did indeed receive a tracking number within 1 business day and my item arrived 4 days after that. I had choosen the complimentary ground shipping option but they also offered expedited shipping (at an extra cost). Since I was in no hurry, I appreciated the complimentary ground shipping option. I am very pleased with the Joe Colombo Boby Trolley and I will do business again with nova68.com. The previous feedback stated that it took a while to get the item. I believe it depends on the item you purchase but this is similar with every other online store I tried. I can vouch for nova68.com and look forward to check them instead of the the more established and more expensive stores.
I always loved design and I love the collection from NOVA68. Just bought a Jasper Morrison coffee machine from Rowenta and couldn't be happier!
I wouldn't advise shopping at Nova68.
The company offers very poor customer service.
I ordered an aluminum wall sconce which I found online for a better price within an hour of placing my order.
Their website states that they have a best price guarantee, well they refused to honor this.
The lamp arrived, it had been described as an all aluminum lamp but had many plastic components and it also had a small dimple where it had been damaged.
I was advised to send the lamp back to their returns address at my expense $14.50 USPS (so much for free shipping). My postal carrier just brought the lamp back to me as Nova68 refused delivery.
Sorry Nova68, done playing games.
Called Visa and stopped payment. I believe Nova68 drop ships all their merchandise, it is better to purchase direct from the manufacturer rather than mess around with these clowns.
