OK, makers of beautiful baby things, take note: what if a cradle could be easily converted into two rockers after its services were no longer required? Aside from loving the design of this particular prototype we think there are two reasons to stand behind this design idea.
First, we love that this idea adds many more years to a cradle's otherwise relatively short lifespan. But we also love what it does for those nostalgic folks who have trouble parting with their baby's precious things. If it was done right, these could be heirloom pieces.

I'm NOT a fan of babies or baby stuff, but THIS I LOVE!
Wonderful!
You can't buy this?! How aggravating. I'd buy one for my pregnant friend. Though I probably couldn't afford it anyway :)
I like it, but I wish it had softer edges, maybe just on the top pieces.
Oooh! I like this! Hopefully this concept takes off and is available to those adventurous parents who *need this.
Yes, I love this idea. However LORINT is probably right ... it would not be affordable. Like the Stokke baby product range ... the crib changes into progressively bigger beds and then two chairs ... the change table turns into a desk ... but you pay 3-4 times more for these products than for their single duty counterparts. And I don't think many people actually end up transforming them anyway, I see them in our local online classifieds for sale often.
Gorgeous - I love it! I'd honestly just model my cradle after this...
