Hello AT,

My husband and I like to flip old furniture.

Recently we flipped my father in law's old desk into a kitchen island.

Most of the furniture in our house come from our basement.

Here are a few before and after photos of our kitchen island.

I hope this will inspire people to be creative and think outside the box...

Now we need modern sleek barstools to go with it!
