To me, it looks like a huge mirrored wall that has been frosted or etched with that pattern.
It look's like an astek wall covering to me.
I believe it's "Baroc Tulipan" by Ulf Moritz. It may be "to the trade" only, but since you really love it, hunt around on the web.
Correction: The name of the pattern is just "Baroc."
