Dear AT,

I recently renovated my entire downstairs of my house so we now have a mostly open floor plan.

I am finally finished and love everything about it except I'm having trouble picking out window treatments for our dining room windows.

We have a french door to the left of the windows which we are not covering...

There are no windows in the kitchen unfortunately so I need something that has an option of letting light in.

Our neighbors live close by so I do need some type of privacy barrier.

In our living room, we used wooden blinds from smith & noble, but because we have that cherry wood bookcase and our dining room table and benches, I'm hesitant to use wood blinds.

I'm not opposed to fabric or honeycomb shades that have top down/bottom up...we are really open to anything.

I'm just unsure what would look good.

Thanks! Tate
