Even though you know my thoughts about your renovation, I have to say I myself am excited after seeing this pic, and I hope you'll post pics so we can see the progress!
There are few things as exciting as demo day. Best of luck to you both!
Yey for broken pieces of your home! That just means you get to put it all back together in a much newer and better way :)
COPIOUS amounts of photos. You must document every single step of the way, because once it's done (as you know by now) it will become harder and harder for anyone to imagine it any other way than the resulting fabulosity.
I'm soooooo excited for you!
No turning back now! Looking forward to the finished product.
Whoo-hoo! Breaking ground! Good for you.
I second or third or fourth or whatever the call for photo-documentation.
As someone in the third month of a kitchen renovation, it's hard to remember feeling enthusiastic. But I vaguely recall the euphoria of demo day. Now, if only our contractor would stop being a no-show and finish already!
Good luck with yours. It's like child birth. Once it's done, you forget about all the blood, sweat and tears.
