Combining a mastery of food photography with a love of comics and classic poses, Minimiam's subject matter cover the entire human condition in tiny doses. They have shown in Paris and contributed to many editorial pages in magazines.

Here's another photographer who works with miniatures. She built the houses, then photographed them. (Side note: they're not small, but I love the pools.)
