Mad City. Most photographers look to catch some corner of calm in this city. Quarlo is not one of them. Ruthlessly photoblogging Times Square, skyscrapers and colliding emotions in our jazz-town, cooked-up, all-night city, Quarlo caught our eye and reminds us of our old friend, Dave, who collected sharp, edgy pictures and hung them all over his Upper East Side apartment, much to the consternation of his wife....
