Looking at garden catalogs is an annual occasion at our house. While it's usually window shopping and imagining "WHAT IF WE LIVED IN THE COUNTRY", tucked away inside are always a few super cool, useful items for urban and suburban gardening. Yesterday, this catalog dropped, The Home & Garden Toolbook, and we ate it up...

Only a part of the much bigger Forestry Suppliers, Inc, this catalog is one of 12 that range from "Archeology" and "Erosion Control" to ""Home Inspection" and "Emergency Service" tools. Each catalog gives a nice taste of the wide range of well edited, useful and off-the-beaten-path things these folks sell. The website is not so easy to navigate, so my advice is to check out their E-Catalogs and don't mess with the rest. The Home & Garden Toolbook is here.

Of note: red hoses, bird houses, humane animal traps, sprinklers, grills for the beach and high tech landscaping fabric. climbing ropes and even poison ivy scrub. Enjoy!
