dash_banner.gifDash & Albert is a little spin-off by Annie Selke, and it's got a collection of SUPER AFFORDABLE, COLORFUL cotton rugs that come in so many colorways, there's something here for everyone. If you're looking for a little rug for beside a bedside, a hall runner or something that could slip under your coffee table and transform your living room, take a peek. It's really very French....

Also, they've got a big collection of indoor/outdoor rugs made of polypropylene that look fantastic as well. These are totally scrubbable and bleachable, and come in really good prices as well. If you're not a super preppy person, just try to look past all the cutsey pootsyness of the site and imagine what you could do with these things in your own setting. Enjoy!

I have some hooked rugs and runner rugs from them, and they are well made and durable, and affordable. And no.......I'm not being paid by Dash and Albert! ;)

Does D&A sell carpet for stairs? The photos suggest that they do, but I cannot find that information anywhere on their website! (Or perhaps I'm just extra dense...) If anyone knows how to get stair carpet from them, please do let me know!!

Hey roseTO ... I love the stair rugs as well and I found them... ( Or at least I think so ) ...Just click on any color/pattern of rug your like and the sze options will be shown .. I am pretty sure the one taht can be used as a stair rug is the 2.5 x 12 foot rug ! Hope that helps ... :)

I got a 9x12 rug for my stepdaughter's room 2 years ago, and the rug has held up perfectly and still looks brand new...and it was super cheap compared to everything else I looked at....my dog digs on wool rugs or anything with a high pile and then eats the generated fluff (don't ask), but she never dug on this one because it isn't super fluffy. Definitely get a rug pad, as the larger rugs tend to slide around a bit. The rug was about the same price as the similar sized olefin and artificial material ones I was looking at, but this one was cotton (which I like because I've bought synthetic rugs that smell TERRIBLE). Got it from a retailer here in New Orleans.

I saw these rugs at a great store/coffeeshop in Santa Cruz (CA). The rugs were exactly as represented on the site - colorful and good quality. I was really tempted to buy one, but needed to come home and think it through before pulling my wallet out!
