The book is a collection of basic projects that involve discreet skills and is nicely organized by skill level — starting off easy and getting very hard by the end. You can open up the book and make a table runner this weekend, or spend more time and learn — with patience and practice — how to move from pillows to headboards to reupholstering a whole chair.
