apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

CloseUp: Claire's Art-Directed London Toilet
Europe

claire1.jpgClaire has turned an otherwise plain bathroom in her London flat into a display space for artwork and souvenirs..

claire2.jpgThe black-framed artwork and Eiffel Tower statuette stand out against the powder-pink walls. It's just enough decoration to take your eye off the toilet as you walk into the room, and adds a cozy, personal touch to an otherwise utilitarian room.

I've got that same print in my bedroom!

It looks like the artist isn't selling it at the moment (or at least I don't see it in her etsy shop), which is too bad; I love this print!

What a cool artist. Very Margaret Keene-like but totally modern. I'm buying a couple, now to decide which ones....
