i love this actually. i would personalize it more, maybe stain the table darker, but i love the idea.
i live in a small condo and, though i have a dining area set aside, i rarely use it. would be nice to be able to stow it away and save the floor space.

Great idea---I would like to see the table and chairs done in a more interesting style.

Oooh! You could also have a fold-down panel on one of the doors to use as a small desk when it's not a DR.
