apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

The Illusion Of Space
Paris

5-chambres.jpgFive top-floor former maids' rooms were combined into a roomy apartment overlooking the rooftops of Paris in this photo gallery from Cotemaison. But the architect figured out a way to make it seem even more spacious by plastering the wall seen at left with LC2 "Wallfurniture" ...

lc2wallfurniture.jpgThe cheeky trompe l'oeil wallpaper comes in four strips. It's one of several Wallfurniture designs from Sarah Dorkenwald and Ruth Spitzer and is available from The Collection or online here.

Visit the whole apartment designed by architect Marie Laurence Guinou on Cotemaison.

I agree with maike. Also I don't like the wonky perspective/bad photoshopping of the furniture in that wallpaper.
