Vegetation Doormat From Grain De Couleurs
France

doormat.jpgNature photos don't always work for me, but there's something sweet about this no-slip doormat from Grain de Couleurs printed with a blown-up nature photo that almost looks like a real carpet of vegetation to place on the floor outside an urban doorstep...

The Végétal Carpet from Marron Bouillie's "Sur le passage" ("On the way") collection is made from no-skid polyester felt and is 24 euros from Grain de Couleurs.

The image provides no scale or depth to the floor mat. So hard to tell how it would look placed infront of a door. I hate when products are shot like that!

If you click on the link you'll find the dimensions ~ 70x40 cm. Roughly 27"x18". Other styles too.

Why hasn't Flor thought of that? (hint, hint) I can imagine that approach in a lot of indoor applications too.
