Week Four - Weekend

Quote of the Day from Pic Above: Thank you, AT Cure. I finally arranged the inside of my 'desk', and the lights work too. It took me a half day (bottom part not visible on this picture but was very messy). - Tikun2003

• Assignment: Read Ch. 4, declutter & clean living room, begin shopping list
• Flickr Pool: East Fall Cure Pool

This week is called Retail Therapy and it does focus on smart shopping, so tell us, how much as the current economic climate influenced your spending on your home?

Hey, good news! After a year of being lost, we just found our worksheets on the old server and I am including them for download right here:

This Week's Assignment: In the Deep Treatment we tackle the Living Room. For some of you this may be a big deal, for others it may not be as much trouble. Either way, this is probably the time to tackle your BOOKS. These are a very pesky element that can be very hard to edit. Your are also cooking at home 3x this week. If you would like encouragement or recipes, head over to The Kitchn, where daily support and inspiration is provided...

The One Room Workout gets to tackling shopping and considering Carb and Protein furniture if you haven't already. I urge you to buy quality when you shop. If you are interested in reading a version of my Protein vs. Carbohydrate thesis, you can check it out here: Apartment Therapy on a Low Carb Furniture Diet.

GENERAL INFO ---------------------------------------------

The Fall Cure is live again in all four of our Home city sites. The Cure posts will go up twice a week on Mondays and Fridays, allowing for plenty of comment space. We will be pulling comments and pics to the front page post on each of these days and everyone is urged to take pics and post them here.

REMEMBER: The goal is to use the group to support, inspire and answer questions as you go. The more you participate, the more you will get out of it. But you may also lurk if you are shy ;-).
