"I'm moving into my first condo on August 1 and I have been busy trying to paint the place beforehand. It is a flat with really cool and high exposed wood ceilings. My aesthetic will be industrial-cozy chic and hopefully will look gender neutral. The unit is essentially a huge open space and the walls have lots of interesting bends and nooks. I am using accent wall colors to distinguish between the living area (dark grey), dining area (aqua blue), and den-ish area (white). The kitchen started out red and I'm changing it to neutral."

"As new homeowners, my boyfriend and I have committed to painting at least two accent walls in our house. The first was completed this weekend and I'm loving it! My boyfriend on the other hand is referring to it as split pea soup, so we may have to re-evaluate the color choice."
