An impulse buy for Christmas.... The iPod is way out in front of these music wars, and Bose just helped them in a big way. Arriving on the Bose website this week, and trouncing the nice, but not superb competition, we expect it will have the same remarkable sound that Bose has managed to pack into their Accoustimass system.
The SoundDock goes for $299 and is bound to be one of those items that allow you to get rid of your stereo and simply have a few of these instead. (Via Reluct) MGR
That looks great but it doesn't look like it would be easy to change songs. You'd have to take it off the dock just to look around which would halt the music. I tend to like just using a sound cord to hook it up to my stereo; it's still portable that way.
It's got a remote... I don't know how they do it either... Maxwell
