Walls become speakers with these nifty Solid Drive speakers by Induction Dynamics. They make the search for a good-looking speaker obsolete because these speakers are completely invisible. They can be installed to create a speaker out of wood, glass - even your gypsum board walls. I have not heard these speakers in use but if they sound as good as they look (er, don't look), I'm game!

Yay! We saw these in one of those creepy "demo rooms" in Disney World a few years ago. Glad to hear they are finally coming to market. Now...about the price...

My father just built a media room so we tested these out a few months ago with his stereo professional friend . We tried 4 different amps to see how they work. They sound horrible. Kind of muffled and with very little dynamic range. The louder they got the worse they sounded. I work in a recording studio and tried several other times to make them sound good. I found they sound best in the trash. Don't waste your money.
