We've blogged our 5 Best Bathroom Scales for Minimalists, good high tech scales at Unplggd, and awhile back we looked at the Bathroom Scale by Stefano Giovannoni for Alessi. While we like its slim and simple design, there are lots of others out there, too, that may fit the bill for a range of bathrooms. This is our updated list from 2007. Please jump in with additions and subtractions....
• Seca 760 mechanical scale, $120. It's not tiny, but, in a range of bright colors, you might want to make it the focal point of the room.
• The Detecto 437 eye-level physician scale is tall but narrow at 10.5" wide, $209
• The GS-1 Siltec digital scale might be the closest thing to invisible you can get: the platform is made of tempered glass. $80.

• Soehnle 63538 Slim Design Quattrotronic Scale

That almost seems sad. But I imagine that lots of people who don't have scales at home do pop on when they visit and find a scale in the bathroom? I'd be curious myself...
