Figgjo Freestanding Mirror by IKEA

03.27.figgjo.jpg

There may be instances where you need a bathroom mirror but can't hang it on the wall over your sink. Say, for instance, your bathroom sink is at a window. For just that use a while back, we loved this Triptych Vanity Mirror by Baker Furniture, but its price was sooo high! We've now found another at exactly the other end of the spectrum...

It's the Figgjo freestanding mirror from IKEA. The design is wonderfully simple and traditional, and the price tag is under $30. And it doesn't appear to be of shabby quality, either; the mirror's stand is made of black powder coated steel. All we can say is, Baker Furniture's Triptych mirror is certainly beautiful, but the price difference of $4,970 has us leaning way toward the IKEA version.

It's a table mirror? Width: 9 7/8 "
Height: 18 1/8 "?

At first glance I thought it was huge, which would have made it a much better deal.

I agree with sixfive--too small for the price.

...but what a great dressing table mirror alternative, as well!
