Rejuvenation's New Chandler Porcelain Hardware

New this month at Rejuvenation is the Chandler porcelain hardware collection. We were happy to see the retro collection on the back of the new Rejuvenation catalog that arrived in the mail today...

The collection includes towel bars, soap dish, a towel ring, a cup holder, and hook. Matching electrical switchplates are also available in porcelain, too. The collection reminds us of the dear old seafoam green bathroom in our first apartment. It had the tiled-in soap dish at the sink and shower and sharp black accents. We probably all know a bathroom in this prolific style of the middle 20th century.

We had a pink and black bathroom growing up, and I've always loved this vintage look. I'm planning a bathroom renovation right now - in our Manhattan loft. Do you think I could get away with these porcelain accessories? I've been looking vintage pedestal sinks, too, and thinking about a soft gray tile.
