Yay! Perfect timing, my contractor is set to start on 2/12. We're ripping out 3 interior walls and almost doubling the size of our awkward "L shaped" bedroom. We're also turning the closet in the guest bedroom into a stairwell that will lead to the kitchen...for midnight snacking.
