Oxford Bedding from Williams-Sonoma Home

We're loving the simplicity and neatness of Williams-Sonoma Home's Oxford bedding collection. Inspired by classic men's woven shirting, the 100% cotton collection offers a more masculine approach to bedding than the florals, woodland critters and pin-tucking that have recently been very popular...

We imagine these will soften with use — just like a good oxford shirt. We're fond of the gray and the small shirt button closures. Classic stripes and solids are yarn dyed in blue, gray and khaki. Quilts, duvet covers, shams and sheet sets are available in solid and stripes from Williams-Sonoma Home.

I love how serene it looks... Funny how the bedding can set your mood... I was away in Sweden last week and I came back to see how my sweet boyfriend (who knows my love for fresh sheets after a trip) had changed the bed. And put on the one bedding set we own I don't like. Too dark, too winter-y, too green... I had to smile at his gesture, but I'm counting down the days until I can rip it off...

These seem very Summer-y to me. Surprised they are a Fall offering.

i have blue and white pinstriped sheets from ralph lauren that i picked up at marshalls years ago. i've been fretting about what to do when they wear out, now i've got a solution!
they are the perfect sheets to appease my boyfriend... and they balance out what he sees as my more girly tastes- white duvet, pale pink etc.

I like the prints, but the buttons are pushing it.
