Yeah, storage nightmare, and not very good-looking either. Yet another example of "Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should." Surely there are better applications of clever injection molding? I know there are better applications for my next $92.

For about 3-4 euros each, you can get lovely trays printed with scenes from Provence. Why $92 for this thing?

OK, so you can stack several together..Why would you want several? It would still be a pain to store several. It's a waste of space, and of money, too. $92 for a plastic tray.

It's tray with a vase attached, basically? It looks really lovely, but I just could not justify paying $92 for it. I love the bright, vibrant yellow, though!

I think it's an attractive tray, but perhaps it's my love for all things yellow that is clouding my judgment.

Perhaps the thing to focus on is the apparently innovative manufacturing technique and not the price point?

Nice point but the price point is just out of touch with reality.

Argh, I know this point has been made elsewhere, but some of these designs (especially this one, it seems) will probably be much, much less expensive if they are mass-produced.

Your lack of respect to ALL of the designers is appalling, so thank you for realizing you have no business giving reviews. Designers are used to critiques done with respect and they value constructive criticism...you lack everything professional.

This design is very unique, I could see this being used for a breakfast in bed or to cheer up a person in bed with the flu. I really like it..good job !

A lovely clean, simple design and the colour is gorgeous, but yes the price is a little unrealistic.

Very clever, pretty, and fun. not to mention good design..but yikes...recession or not...cannot ever justify.

My first thought was of a morning when I was giving somebody breakfast in bed---and not having a fresh flower at hand! Hmmm---maybe a carrot?

three for design, one for price- therefore two stars.

This isn't a "professional" site -- personal opinions are solicited and welcome. If you can't stand that, maybe you shouldn't read the comments. "Designers" who want fawning commentary for bad work should probably look elsewhere, too.

Oh, and, modmike, if there were any such thing as "very unique" -- there isn't, something is either unique or it's not -- this tray would certainly not qualify.

Very clever design. It would work great for any facility that serves food to its patients/guests and doesn't want the depressing hospital/cafeteria feel. This could also work at certain specialty boutique type cafe's or restaurants. Fresh flowers can brighten almost anyone’s mood (except for some of the people posting comments on here). Obviously the price is a bit high, but hopefully larger orders would bring that down.

The simple things in life are often the best. The color is adorable. Bring me that tray, with breakfast in bed and a gorgeous flower, any day. Thanks to the designer for facilitating romance. Males everywhere should cough up 92bucks for such a simple delight!

I think its a unique design, haven't seen anything like it! I would be very happy to receive breakfast in bed with with the special flower touch any day of the week!

simple, elegant, artful twist to a utilitarian staple...this is why good designers get paid, and the others complain.

What a happy tray! It wouldn't be stored at my house; it would have a flower in it and give me joy to look at and use every day.

Very bright, incredibly pleasing to the eye. Simple yet unique and cool, my only problem is the price. I mean come on, $92 for a tray? I think not
