That's pretty sweet! Considering the spaces are usually much smaller over there, this is a great solution for allowing for separate areas of living/sleeping, but still factoring in the small amount of space.

I really like this idea. I'd say it wouldn't work for kids but for a single person or childless kids in a smaller space it is a fantastic idea.

I have to admit I'd like it. When the family got bigger than a couple with one small child it wouldn't be practical - but it's very pretty and extremely functional for one or two people.

Very unique and cool looking. I wonder if the idea could be incorporated into any larger studio apartment.

We had these in our downtown Toronto condo for a while, but the doors were clear glass. They worked well.

When I lived in Tokyo these doors were run on tracks laid on or into the floor. This is sooooo much better.

This room is really beautifully done. What a great idea.

Um, well, how do I put this? John can invite me into his pocket-doored bedroom any time he likes.
